What kind of loan solutions do you find the most rewarding to work on?
I find it incredibly rewarding to take clients from their first enquiry all the way through to pre-approval and finally securing a contract for their new home. Guiding them through each step of the process and seeing their dreams come true is truly fulfilling.

Before I became a mortgage broker, I was a sales manager for a computer and IT company.
When you’re not at work, what would we find you doing?
Outside of work, you’ll find me running around with my three kids, taking them to various extracurricular activities such as ballet, swimming, netball, and gymnastics. When I do get a moment to stop and relax, I enjoy having a glass of red wine somewhere peaceful.
Can you share a memorable experience where you helped a client overcome a major challenge in their home-buying journey?
One memorable experience was helping a client who was struggling with cash flow management and had multiple external debts, all of which were either late or in arrears. By using a non-conforming lender, we managed to save them over $1000 per month in cash flow, enabling them to get on top of their finances faster. The lender also agreed to review the rate every 6-12 months based on future good conduct, offering hope for better terms in the future. After settlement, the client called to express their happiness and relief, sharing how the solution significantly impacted their lifestyle. It was incredibly rewarding to hear how much our efforts meant to their family.
